Press MENU key

The EDIT CHANNEL menu should have the arrow next to it

Press the OK button

Now the Fist line titled TV CHANNEL LIST is highlighted in yellow

Press OK

Press the LEFT ARROW and scroll through until ASTRA 28.2E
appears in the top selection

Now use the UP and DOWN ARROWS to highlight the channel you wish to view and press OK
