Check that the number has been stored correctly by using the Contacts
feature. Re-store them, if necessary.

Is your phone switched on (
you accessing the right cellular network? Or, you may have set an incoming
call barring option.

I cannot find the lock, PIN, or PUK code. What is my PIN?
A
The default lock code is '0000'. If you forget or lose the lock code, contact
your phone dealer. If you forget or lose a PIN or PUK code, or if you have not
received such a code, contact 3 Customer Services.

What happens to the handset if it is dropped?

The handset could power off or reset, but this does not necessarily imply any
