    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS • INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE BACKREST ADJUSTMENT Tighten or loosen the backrest strap as shown in the pictures to adjust the backrest to the preferred position. AJUSTEMENT DU DOSSIER Serrer ou desserrer les courroies du dossier comme indiqué sur les photos pour ajuster le dossier à la position désirée. RUDDER ASSEMBLY / INSTALLATION GOUVERNAIL Notice: Do not cut the tie wrap before the rudder is installed.

To pull back the rudder blade to its place on the kayak, Pour remonter la lame gouvernail sur le Kayak, 1- Take off the upper liaison plastic part from the cleat.

Do not move the keel extension from its position on the back of the kayak. 3- Dévisser les deux vis avant à l’aide d’un tournevis manuel (ne pas utiliser de tournevis électrique). Ne pas déplacer la quille de sa position.

Keep the screw inside the rudder hole. 7- Dévisser l’écrou de la vis déjà vissée sur le gouvernail et maintenir la vis en place. 8- Take the stamped eyelet from the rudder cable already installed and insert it onto the screw on the rudder.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS • INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE HATCH COVER INSTALLATION Stay parallel with the kayak Starting with the back, place the hatch cover edge under the edge of the compartment. While keeping it pressed down against the compartment, pull on it and slide it slowly, both sides at the same time, until the compartment is completely covered.
