Software Update
(Disc playback and network features only)
The software of the player can be updated by connecting it to the Internet using
the LAN cable. We recommend to update the player using the latest software to
enhance the products operation and/or add new features (see page 58).

To use BD-Live functionality
You must attach a USB Flash Drive using the USB port (see page 24).
What is SIMPLINK?
Some functions of this unit are controlled by the TV's remote control when this
unit and LG TV's with SIMPLINK are connected through HDMI connection.
Controllable functions by LG TV's remote control; Play, Pause, Scan, Skip,
Stop, Power Off, etc.
Refer to the TV owner's manual for the details of SIMPLINK function.
LG TV's with SIMPLINK function have the logo as shown above.

Depending on the disc type or playing status, some SIMPLINK operation may
differ from your purpose or not work.
