M1 - Manuale Utente COLLEGAMENTI • Prima di effettuare i collegamenti accertatevi che tutte le casse che state utilizzando siano spente. Eviterete rumorosi se non pericolosi picchi di segnale. • In caso di lunghi periodi di inutilizzo del prodotto scollegate la spina della presa di corrente. -

Alla nuova ricezione del segnale M1 si accenderà autonomamente. Il rigido controllo di qualità effettuato durante la costruzione di M1 è una fase essenziale per garantire l’elevata qualità ed affidabilità nel tempo. M1 e gli altoparlanti di cui è dotato sono costruiti in Italia, sotto un continuo e accurato controllo, ogni monitor viene testato e calibrato individualmente prima dell’imballaggio finale. -

Quando acceso rosso... - Page 7 M1 - Manuale Utente Nel pannello posteriore invece trovano posto i seguenti controlli e connessioni: Dip Switch equalizzatore: questi micro-switch permettono di impostare la frequenza di intervento della curva dei bassi e guadagno o attenuazione delle curve dei bassi, medi ed alti come descritto dalla tabella riportata in serigrafia a fianco degli switch stessi.
- Page 8 M1 - Manuale Utente 3 e 4 (Low-Shelf): selezionano il guadagno o attenuazione del segnale sotto i 500 Hz. Guadagno / attenuazione +2 dB -4 dB -2 dB FLAT (nessun intervento) 5 e 6 (Mid-Eq): selezionano il guadagno o attenuazione del segnale attorno ai 1500 Hz.

POSIZIONAMENTO VERTICALE O ORIZZONTALE M1 è stato progettato come monitor di un set-up near-field a configurazione verticale. Deve essere posizionato su una superficie stabile e solida, e ad una distanza di 20 cm dal muro. M1 può comunque essere alloggiato anche in posizione orizzontale, in questo caso porre particolare attenzione a disporlo simmetricamente, ovvero con il tweeter di entrambe le M1 all’interno o all’esterno dell’insieme,... -

M1 - Manuale Utente ALTEZZA M1 dovrebbe essere posizionato, e inclinato di conseguenza se necessario, in modo che il tweeter siano sempre orientato verso le orecchie dell’ascoltatore. UTILIZZO STEREO Qualora M1 debba essere utilizzato in applicazioni stereo, il posizionamento ottimale dovrebbe essere nei due angoli superiori di un immaginario triangolo equilatero ribaltato, con i diffusori orientati verso l’ascoltatore. -

The table printed beside the switches describe the respective functions.

POSITIONING VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL M1 has been designed as a monitor for a vertically arranged, near-field set- up. It should be placed on a stable and hard surface, at a distance of 20 cm (8") from the wall. However, M1 can be placed horizontally. In this case, take particular care in placing it simmetrically, that is, with the tweeters of both M1 speakers towards the inside or outside, as shown below. -

STEREO USE To use M1 in stereo applications, the best arrangement is to place it in the two upper corners of an imaginary equilateral triangle pointing downwards, with the speakers oriented towards the listener. -

M1 – User Manual SURROUND USE The placement of speakers in a multi-channel stereo application follows an imaginary circle as Described below: 0°: center front (A) 30°: right front (B) 110°: rear right (C) 250°: rear left (D) 330°: left front (E) with the listener in the centre of the circle and at a distance of about 1-2 meters (3-6 feet) from each monitor. -
