Problem
Dispenser does not operate and no LED

For technical assistance call SPL LTD on 0800 SUPREME (7877 363)
Solution
Check the cover is closed
Check batteries are inserted correctly
Check for dirt on sensor
Check batteries are fresh and installed
correctly
Check correct cartridge is installed
Check that cartridge nozzle is correctly
located in the 3 locking positions

- Page 2 6. Remove the Battery cartridge cover, load 4 pcs alkaline C size 1.5V batteries into it and close battery cover. (Fig 6) 7. When installing the soap cartridge make sure that the nozzle assembly is located properly with actuation (1) holder (2) and location tab (3). Click into place (Fig. 7) 100 mm Notice: Reverse battery polarities will lead to permanent damage to the dispenser electronics.
