Long press the power button for 3 seconds to power on and start integrated mode (air
pressure + vibration + hot compress + music)

Press the button again to start clear mode (air pressure + hot compress + music)

Press the button again to start sleep mode (air pressure)
4.
Press the button again to start vitality mode (air pressure + vibration + music)
5.
Press the button again to start smart mode (hot compress + music)
6.
Connect to Bluetooth on your phone by selecting the name: YBY
7.
Hold the button for 3 seconds to power off
