trigger switch is in the OFF position. An accidental start-up

Make sure all materials to be sanded are well secured.
Apply only a gentle pressure to the workpiece.
Excessive pressure does not improve the sanding
effect, but only results in an increased load on the
machine and causes the abrasive to tear.
Avoid overloading.

Proper Hand Position (Fig. IA, IB)

Proper hand position requires one hand on the main handle or
on the top of the unit as shown in Figures IA and IB.
Switching On and Off (Fig. A)
To switch the tool on, set the on/off switch

Sanding
1. Start with the coarsest grit size.
2. As the tool produces small scratch marks in all directions, it
is not necessary to sand with the grain.
3. Check your work at short intervals.
4. Always switch off the tool when work is finished and before
unplugging.
