IT IS BEST TO USE A FORKLIFT OR TRACTOR TO LIFT THE HEAVY ITEMS! STEP 1: Locate and place the Calving Pen Front Section at the desired location.

As part of the design there are two split gates located on the side and center of the Pen as shown in figure 4.
- Page 6 008-00100 CALVING PEN ASSEMBLY AND OPERATIONS INSTRUCTIONS To catch the animal in the headgate, push the Trip Handle back, then using the Stanchion Side Hand rotate the stanchion cover into the entry position as shown in figure 6. You adjust this opening by tightening or loosening the bolt on the top linkage arm as shown.
