This section is only a brief summary. Please read the entire manual prior to operating
machine.
The order of operation.
1. Connect the machine to a 110v power source using the proper extension cord
located at the exit end.
2. Position selector switch #1 to forward.
3. Position selector switch #2 to jog.
4. Remove spool retaining pin from the spool you have elected to run.
5. Trim both corners of the coil at a 45 degree angle approximately 3" in from edges.
Insert trimmed coil into the entrance guide system making sure coil is snug to both
sides,with free front to back movement, push coil to the #1 drive station.
6. Activate jog button at entrance end using your right hand at the same time using your
left hand to push the material so as to engage with the #1 drive rollers. Jog the
material approximately two feet. RELEASE JOG BUTTON.
7. Using jog button at the exit end of the machine jog material thru guillotine.
8. Position selector switch #1 to the forward position and selector switch #2 to the run
position. Green push button to run and red push button to stop.
