Quick-Check PowerSaver Manifold 10 & 20 Port South-Tek Systems k of solenoid valves on a manifold is located on the outside bottom of the cabinet. Each Zone’s sample (from the “AutoPurge System”) will be connected to each solenoid valve. Each valve is independently controlled and operated by the PLC based on the O content of the corresponding Zone. -

Quick-Check PowerSaver Manifold 10 & 20 Port South-Tek Systems status of each zone, and current mode. The user can manually start/stop and navigate to either the “Menu”, “Zone Setup” by pressing the “Legend” button or “Zone Info” by pressing the “Purity”. Quick-Check PowerSaver Manifold 10 & 20 Port South-Tek Systems Never block the outlet purge line ALARMS/FILTER PARAMETERS The “Alarm Info” menu displays the O2 alarm setpoint on the right with the purity alarm, flow alarm, and filter alarm enable/disable buttons on the left. Quick-Check PowerSaver Manifold 10 & 20 Port South-Tek Systems 7 QUICK-CHECK POWERSAVER MANIFOLD OPERATIONS AND START-UP This section describes procedures to start, run, and stop the Quick-Check PowerSaver Manifold. The operator should notify personnel in the area of the equipment start-up. Make sure the start-up will not interfere with other operations. START-UP This section describes the necessary steps of both the initial start-up and a normal routine start-up. -
