push height adjustment knob down and thjen turning it does not change height. seems vacuum's wheels hold the spinning brush way high, and knob does nothing.

The height adjustment knob on the Hoover MAX vacuum may not be changing the height of the spinning brush because it needs to be fully pushed down and turned to the desired setting.
