Beschreibung
Der OMS113-220 ist ein Ethernet Switch mit drei OPTOLOCK™
Kunststofflichtwellenleiter (POF) Anschlüssen und einem RJ45 Kupfer Anschluss. Er
arbeitet normalerweise als Layer 2 Switch mit 50m Datenübertragungslänge mittels POF
für ein optisches Heimnetzwerk. Die Verbindungslänge des Kupferanschlusses beträgt
100m für alle Cat 5e UTP Kabel. Die automatische Übertragungsfunktion ermöglicht
eine Datenübertragung mit 10 oder 100 Mbps über Kupfer Fast Ethernet und 100 Mbps
über POF. Die IEEE802.3 und IEEE802.3u Standards mit zwei unterschiedlichen
Netzwerkverbindungsmedien, 10/100Base-TX und 100Base-FX, werden erfüllt. Die
Datenübertragung erfolgt über switching und store-and-foreward Technologie,
basierend auf einem IK MAC adress table. Der OMS113-220 ist RoHS konform.

Description

The OMS113-220 is a Ethernet switch with triple OPTOLOCK™ plastic
fibre (POF) ports and single RJ45 copper port. It performs normally as
a layer 2 switch with 50 m communication distance on POF for an
optical fibre home application. The link distance on copper port is 100
meters for all Cat 5e UTP cables. The equipped auto-negotiation
function enables the data transmission to operate at 10 or 100 Mbps
copper Fast Ethernet and 100 Mbps fiber. This device complies with
IEEE802.3 and IEEE802.3u standards with two different network
Connection media, 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX. The data
transmission is realized by switching and store-and-forward
technologies, based on IK MAC address table. OMS113-220 is a RoHS
compliant product.
