Type classification and permissible use

This vehicle has been designed for people with a walking disability and for people who are unable
to walk who are physically and mentally capable of controlling an electrical vehicle . It has been
classified as a mobility product in Class C (outdoors) in accordance with EN 12184. It is
therefore compact and manoeuvrable enough for use indoors, but is also capable of overcoming
many obstacles outdoors.
You can find detailed information about speed, turning radius, range, maximum safe slope,
maximum obstacle height and permissible operating conditions in chapter "Technical
Specifications" on Page 65.
You should observe all safety information contained in Chapter "Safety Notes" from Page 13.
The vehicle has been successfully safety-tested to German and international standards. It was also
successfully tested to EN60529 IPX4 for splash water insensitivity, and is therefore suitable for
most weather conditions. The vehicle is suitable for use in traffic on public roads with a suitable
lighting unit in accordance with German StVZO regulations.

Life expectancy

We estimate a life expectancy of five years for this product, provided it is used in strict accordance
with the intended use as set out in this document and all maintenance and service requirements
are met. The estimated life expectancy can be exceeded if the product is carefully used and
properly maintained, and provided technical and scientific advances do not result in technical
limitations. The life expectancy can also be considerably reduced by extreme or incorrect usage.
The fact that we estimate a life expectancy for this product does not constitute an additional
warranty.
