Note: Applying labels to the base cover
The new base cover FRU is shipped with a kit containing labels of several
kinds. When you replace the base cover, you need to apply the following
labels:
The following labels need to be peeled off from the old base cover and put on
the new base cover.
a Rating label 66mm × 24mm
b Rating label for print 43mm × 24mm
OS Label 16mm × 22.5mm
c
d Office label 17mm × 21mm
e Adapter label 65 × 20mm
f Argentina label 68 × 6mm
g KCC label 50 × 16mm
Indonesia label 32 × 10mm
h
i TW label 70 × 10mm
j BIS label 22 × 30mm
k WL/BT label 35 × 15mm
For some models, you also need to apply one or two FCC labels. Check the
old base cover; if it has one or two FCC labels, find duplicates of them in the
label kit and apply them to the new base cover.
