    Harness Assembly OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Assembly Instructions The backpack harness should be attached to the device prior to use. To adjust the backpack upper harness: Adjust the upper harness by loosening the tensioning straps. Then using a Phillips screwdriver, thread the screw into one of the three adjustable upper harness locations.
