Operating Instructions
Step 1: Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with water.
Note: Make sure the water level in the water reservoir is not over the ice collecting
tray.
Step 2: Connect the power.

Step 3: Press "ON/OFF" button to turn unit on. The ice maker begins to work.
Note: For the first three cycles, the ice may be small and irregular in size.
Step 4: If indicator "ADD WATER" lights up red and a noise sounds, take out the basket and
then add water.
Step 5: Press "ON/OFF" to restart the ice maker.
Step 6: If indicator "ICE FULL" lights up red and a noise sounds, take out the ice with the
scoop.
Note: When the ice collecting tray is full, remove the ice immediately. Do not allow
the ice collecting tray to overfill.
Step 7: Press "ON/OFF" button to stop the machine.

Troubleshooting

Please note, if a power failure occurs due to disconnection of the power cord, or the off power
button has been pushed off during an ice making cycle, small ice chips may form and lodge in the
automatic shovel causing it to jam. If this occurs, the ice chips may be removed by disconnec-
ting the power cord and gently pushing the shovel to the rear of the cabinet and removing the ice
chips, then restarting.
Problem
The compressor
works abnormally with
a buzzing noise.
"Water shortage" indi-
cator light is on.
Indicator lights on
display are not on.
The ice made is too
large and with pieces
sticking together.
Conditions for ice
making cycle are right
but no ice is made.
The lights of "ice full"
and "add water" start
at in the same time.

Possible reason
The voltage is lower than
recommended.
1. There is no water
2. The pump is full of air
Blown fuse / No power.
1. Ice of previous cycles
left in the water tray.
2. The evaporator is too
low.
There is no refrigerant in
the compressor, compres-
sor is broken down, fan
motor is broken.
Water tray is blocked by
ice cube.
Suggested Solutions
Stop the ice maker and do not restart until
the voltage is normal.
1. Press the stop button, fill with water,
wait 3 minutes and press the start
button to restart. When the water has
reached the fill line the ice maker will
restart automatically.
2. Remove the silicon stopper and let
several drops water runs out.
Replace fuse / Turn power on.
1. Stop the unit right away, restart the
unit when the ice in water tray melt down.
2. Shift the evaporator a little.
Call for service.
Clear the ice cube under the ice shovel,
pull out the plug and insert it again then
press the "ON/OFF" button, Two minutes
later the machine will restart automatically.
