TILT ADJUSTMENT

Mechanical adjustment.
Insert angle and tilt pin (12) using several combina-
tions of holes between the moldboard holes in the
turntable. Each hole gives us an increase of 7° up to
21°. Secure the angle and tilt pin (12) with "R" lock
(33).
Adjust hydraulic tilt cylinder.
Using the tilt cylinder, we can position the rear blade
moldboard at angles from 0° to 21° up or down with
hydraulic remote control from the operator's seat.
1.- Lift the rear blade to about 50 cm from the
ground, by operating the tractor lift control.
2.- Operate the control valve connected to the tilt
cylinder (37).
3.- For tractors with two-circuit selector valves,
select the position where the tilt cylinder is connect-
ed and operate the control valve connected to the
selector valve tractor.
NOTE: In some cases it may not be possible to
completely rotate and tilt the moldboard, even
having the rear blade at its maximum height above
the ground. In this case, use a lower angle.
NOTE: Your rear blade may have contact with other
components, when the moldboard is rotated while it
is tilted. In these cases operate the rear blade
slowly.
NOTE: Do not use the tilt cylinder (37) while the
angle and tilt pin (12) are installed, doing so can
damage the tilt cylinder (37) and the rear blade.
