    PURPOSE OF THIS MANUAL 26`` 24`` 22`` This manual is intended to familiarize all personnel with the safe operation and maintenance procedures for the following Southwire Tools and Equipment: SIMpull™ Flange. Keep this manual available to all personnel. Replacement manuals are available upon request at no charge at www.southwiretools.com.

    SET UP AND OPERATION 1. Position the SIMpull™ Flange with the black arrows facing up (Fig 1). 2. Using a power drill, with a ¾” socket: A. Actuate the screw jack aligning the aluminum color hub arrow with the designated reel height or reel name on the attached scale (Fig 2).
