Electrical connection

Prior to connecting the appliance to the mains, it is to be checked whether
the voltage given on the rating plate, that is the nominal voltage for the
appliance, matches the local mains voltage and the nominal voltage of the
combination appliance. The rating plate is on the bottom trim panel on the
glass ceramic cooking surface.
The mains connection to the built-in oven is to include a device that ena
bles the appliance to be isolated with a contact separation of at least 3 mm
on all poles, e.g. a circuit breaker, earth leakage trip or fuse.
The cable loom with the 12-pole compact connector is to be joined to the
mating connector from the built-in oven.
Please ensure that the connector engages correctly.
After connecting the electrical supply, all cooking zones should be briefly
switched on one after the other at their maximum power, in order to test
whether they are operational.
