IMPORTANT: Remove all batteries from your cassette unit if it will not be used for an extended period of time. DO NOT LEAVE DISCHARGED BATTERIES IN THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT. RADIO OPERATION (continued) 3. Press and hold CD/TUNER (14) or CD/TUNER strength is found. Repeat this procedure until the desired station is reached. 4. To tune into a weak station briefly press CD/TUNER play shows the desired frequency or when the best reception has been obtained. 5. - Page 6 MONO/STEREO Press ”MONO/STEREO“ (41) to select mono or stereo mode. When stereo mode is selected, ((ST)) will appear on the display (if current station is FM stereo.) - Page 7 5. To remove the disc. press the STOP (23) button and then open the door, handle the disc by its edge, do not touch the playing surface and carefully remove it from the player. CD FUNCTION The 2385AV-03 CD Player will accept 12 cm and 8 cm discs and will read MP3, CD, CD-R and CD-RW media formats.

- Page 9 PROGRAM PLAY OF MP3 DISC Up to 64 tracks on a disc can be programmed for play in any desired sequence. - First, select the CD mode and load a disc that you want to program. - The track must be programmed in the STOP mode. - The same track can be programmed more than once.

REPEAT PLAY 1. In the stop or play mode, press the REPEAT (16) once on the remote control, the system will play the current track repeatedly. “REPEAT” will be shown on the display 2. Press the REPEAT (16) twice, the system will play all tracks repeatedly. “REPEAT ALL” will be displayed. 3. - Page 11 2. “TITLE FIND/ESP” by folder album: - Press “TITLE FIND/ESP” twice and then search by album. - Press (20) or (21) button to find the letter that matches the first letter. - Hold the (20) or (21) buttons for 1-2 seconds until “Album” disappears. DISABLED Microphone Jack. To record using a dynamic microphone, plug into the 3.5mm jack (29) on the rear of the cabinet. Another jack, 2.5mm (30) is provided for use with Califone model 4805AV microphone with remote Start/Stop. Note. An internal microphone is located behind the left speaker grille. - Page 13 3. When recording requires a microphone, the jack (29) on the rear of the unit may be used with a cabled mic or with the build-in microphone (42) if using the built-in mic, make sure the source to be recorded is no more than 2 feet from the microphone.
