    The SODIR models FC-60 and FC-60/1 convection ovens are designed to offer quality baking, cooking and rethermalization. The ovens are constructed of food service quality stainless steel and are equipped with rear-mounted blower fan and heating element. The units are thermostatically controlled up to 570 F and include a 120-minute timer.

  • Page 3: Cooling Down

    Both indicator lights (green and red) will be lit. The red light will stay on until the oven reaches the desired temperature. The green light will stay on until the timer reaches the indicated time setting.
