What to do if...
The display is completely off:
• Check the mains power supply.
• Check whether an omnipolar switch
upstream of the appliance supply line is
in the "ON" position.
The appliance does not heat up:
• Check whether it has been set in
"showroom" mode (for further details see
3.7 Secondary menu).
The controls do not respond:
• Check whether it has been set in "child
lock" mode (for further details see
"Secondary menu").
The cooking times are longer than those
indicated in the table:
• Check whether it has been set in "low
power" mode (for further details see
"Secondary menu").
If the problem has not been
resolved or in the case of other
types of fault, contact your local
technical support centre.
If other ERRx error messages are
indicated:
Note down the error message,
function and set temperature and
contact your local technical
support centre.
