Assembly instructions: (
1. Fix part 4 to the side panels parts 11 and 13 using the screws E. Repeat this with end panel 15.
Now slot the panel 14's into place and fix with the screws E.
2. Attach part 5 on to the end you fixed part 4 to. Then attach part 16 on to the other end.
Now fix the side panels on part 12 using screws D.
3. Build the mast using parts 7, 8 and 10. Slot the mast through the hole in the part 5 as show in the
diagram and bolt into place with the B bolts.
Slot the flag pole part 18 through the hole in the panel 16 and bolt into place using B bolts.
4. Attach the front panels parts 3 and 1 as shown and screw into place using D screws. Now fix the
steering wheel into place. Please note the fixing goes through the centre of the wheel.
5. Fix the edging part 2 on to the front of the boat (onto part 3 and 1) using D screws. Now attach
the lid/seat sections part 17. Please note the way they need to go allowing the hole to be formed in
the middle to allow simple opening and closing of these sections.
6. Slot panel 6 onto the front of the boat as shown to form a cupboard for storage. Fix the sail part 9
on to the mast using the piece of wood part 8 and the E screws. Fix the other end to the flag pole
using the washer F and an E screw.
7. Lay out the underlay part 21 where you would like to place the sandpit. Place the Sandpit on top.
Insert the sand liner part 20 and its now ready to fill with sand.
