Pick a good location where you can capture a shot at
any moment.
In Program mode, try the

Don't forget about your optical zoom, black and
white, Macro mode, and other specialized settings.
You can frame the exact shots you want, reducing
the time you might spend adjusting your images
later.
Hold the camera as still as possible and use a tripod
if you have one.
Program mode has great shortcuts for
