    Follow these guidelines to get the best results when projecting: ❏ Place the projector on a sturdy, level surface, between 3 and 34 feet (PowerLite 77c) or between 3 and 39 feet (PowerLite S5) from the screen. ❏ Make sure there is plenty of space for ventilation around and under the projector.

    When you’re done with your presentation, shut down the projector as described on page 6. Epson PowerLite S5 Series / 77c Projector Selecting the Image Source Selecting the image source lets you switch between images input from different pieces of equipment connected to the projector Power button (such as a computer and DVD player).
  • Page 6: Turning Off The Projector

    (from 1 to 30), the projector automatically turns off the lamp and enters “sleep mode.” This conserves electricity, cools the projector, and extends the life of the lamp. If you are done using the projector, unplug the power cord. If you want to start projecting again, plug it in and press the P sleep mode on or off through the Extended menu.
  • Page 7 If the projector is tilted up or down, the images that are displayed will be distorted. Note: The PowerLite 77c automatically corrects images that are distorted when the projector is tilted up to 11° and can be corrected manually up to a 30° tilt. The Keystone window appears on the screen while the projector makes the correction.
