Changes or modifications to this item not expressly
approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate the
equipment.
To prevent bad connections, avoid pulling wiring
connections when removing contents from package
or during installation.
Be sure to tighten all parts securely.
Inspect lamp before beginning assembly. All wire
connections have been made at the factory and the
lamp is ready for assembly.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply
with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant
to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference to radio
or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is
encouraged to try to correct the interference by one
or more of the following measures:
-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-- Increase the separation between the equipment and
receiver.
-- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit
different from that to which the receiver is
connected.
-- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV
technician for help.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To clean, use only a softcloth.
2. Do n ot use chemical or abrasive
cleaners.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the lamp Base (A) on a stable, flat surface.
2. Place the lamp Stem (B), located on the lower arm into
the hole on the Base (A). Secure the lamp Stem (B) into
the Base (A) by turning the Screw (C) clockwise.
3. Loosen the middle joint knob (D) and adjust the
arm to desired position. Retighten middle joint knob
(D) to secure.
4. Loosen the upper joint knob (F) and adjust the
head assembly to desired position. Retighten
upper joint knob (F) to secure.
5. Insert Plug(G) into an electrical outlet.
6. Use the cord switch (E) to turn lamp on and off.
