El incumplimiento de las instrucciones detalladas a continuación puede dar lugar a descargas eléctricas, incendios y/o lesiones graves. El termino utilizado a continuación “Aparato eléctrico” se refiere a herramientas eléctricas alimentadas por red (con cable de red), a aparatos alimentados por batería (sin cable de red), a máquinas y a aparatos eléctricos.

No utilice el aparato eléctrico si está cansado o bajo la influencia de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos. Un momento de distracción en el uso del aparato puede dar lugar a serias lesiones.

Controle si las piezas móviles del aparato funcionan perfectamente y no se atascan, si hay piezas rotas o dañadas que perjudiquen el funcionamiento del aparato eléctrico. Muchos accidentes han sido provocados por herramientas eléctricas incorrectamente reparadas.

    PUESTA EN MARCHA Para la utilización de las tenazas de prensar, cabezas de prensar y cabezas de expandir para los diferentes sistemas de uniones de tubo serán válidas los documentos de venta actuales. Si el fabricante de un sistema modifica o lanza nuevos sistemas de uniones de tubo, será preciso consultar el estado de aplicación actual.

    Sostenga la máquina accionadora por la empuñadura de la carcasa y empuñadura del interruptor. En Pressmatic Portable CCA y Pressmatic CCA, mantenga pulsado el interruptor de seguridad hasta que la tenaza de prensar esté completamente cerrada. Una vez completado el prensado, la máquina accionadora cambia automáticamente al retroceso (retroceso forzado).

    MANTENIMIENTO Sin prejuicio del mantenimiento mencionado, todas las máquinas y todas las tenazas, cabezas y cabezales de prensar, deben enviarse al menos una vez al año para su inspección a un taller postventa autorizado.  Mantenimiento Antes de realizar cualquier trabajo de mantenimiento, desenchufe la clavija de red o saque el acumulador.

    GENERAL SAFETY RULES Read all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Then term “power tool” in all of the warnings listed below refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery operated (cordless) power tool, also machines and electric units.

    68450 655mm 2.84 Kg PREPARATIONS FOR USE For use of the pressing tongs, pressing heads and expanding heads for the various pipe connection systems, the currently valid sales documents are applicable. If the system manufacturer alters components of pipe connection systems or markets new ones, must be enquired their current application status.

    Release the pressing tongs so that they close around the press fitting. Hold the drive unit by the housing grip and the pistol grip. In the case of the Pressmatic Portable CCA and Pressmatic CCA, hold down the inching switch until the pressing tongs are completely closed. After completion of pressing, the drive unit switches automatically to return (forced return).

    MAINTENANCE Irrespective of the above maintenance work, all the machines must be returned together with all tools at least once a year for inspection.  Maintenance Before maintenance work, pull the mains plug or remove the battery. Keep the pressing tongs, pressing heads and expanding heads, and particularly their receptacles, clean.
