6.2 Select blade cone

Which blade cone A/B/C 6 is most suitable depends on the properties of the food, and
in particular its firmness. The following table contains some examples for orientation. The
firmness may vary depending on variety and ripeness, however.

6.3 Assembly and Operation

1. Place the bowl 12 into the base 10.
