Attach the telescopic pole (A) and extension pole (B) together – align the poles so the "key" (AA) in the telescopic pole aligns with the notch (BB) in the end of the extension pole, then push the two parts fully together.

Slide the telescopic section (CC) to the desired position, then place the clamp in the locked position.
