How to Obtain Warranty Service U.S.

1. Call you rresponse center within the applicable
warranty period to obtain warranty service
authorization. You may need to furnish a serial number
and date of activation.
Note: Numera shall not be responsible for any software,
firmware, information, or memory data of the customer
contained in, stored on, or integrated with any products
returned to Numera for repair, whether under warranty or
not.
