TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Water is dripping outside
Water is dripping inside the room
Water collects in the base pan
Unit turns off automatically, code
"FL" displays on the control panel
The Remote Control is not working
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Hot and humid weather
The air conditioner is not
correctly tilted towards the
outside
The drain plug is unplugged.
Moisture removed from the
air is draining into the base
pan
Internal water bucket is full
The batteries are inserted
incorrectly or the batteries
may be dead
SOLUTIONS
• This is normal
• For proper water drainage, make
sure the air conditioner is slightly
tilted downward from the front of
the unit to the rear.
• Firmly press on the drain plug at
the front, bottom-left side of the
unit.
• This is normal for a short period in
areas with low humidity and nor-
mal for a longer period in areas
with high humidity.
• Use the front, bottom-left side drain
port to empty the water and the unit
will turn back on.
• Check the position of the batter-
ies.
• Replace the batteries
