Device Controls - Inputs, Soundmasking, and Outputs DS3002, DS3008, and DS8000 processors have similar soundmasking, input and output processing, and controls . The appearance of the screens varies depending on which of the three devices you select . NOTE: Choose a device on the Home Screen by clicking the “device settings” button . This setting applies a specific schedule to the DS8000. See the Soundmasking Schedules section on page 22 for more information on modifying and enabling soundmasking schecules .

In network systems zones may be defined and redefined via software with no rewiring needed. This feature provides the ability to make adjustments to an entire zone at the same time . A DS8000 on the network can be assigned to any control zone .
