    Getting Started Before using your device, we recommend you format the SD card to 32 FAT. Please review our video tutorials for more information on formatting at help.brickhousesecurity.com Insert the microSD card in the SD slot (card not included) with the gold contacts facing the LCD screen.
  • Page 6 Recording Video When camera is powered on, the blue indicator will remain solid. Press the mode (M) button to select record mode, the camera ICON will appear on the upper left corner on the LCD screen. Press OK to start recording. A red flashing dot will appear on the LCD screen to indicate that the camera is now in recording mode.
  • Page 7 Photo Mode Press the mode key to switch from video recording to photo mode. The camera ICON will appear on the left corner on the LCD screen. Press OK to take a photo. The photo will be taken and LCD screen will flash, then save the photo to the SD card.
  • Page 8 Manual Audio Activation To enable and disable audio while recording video, gently press the up arrow key to turn off. The audio recording indicator will appear on the LCD screen. In this mode, audio is disabled. Press the up arrow again to enable audio recording.
