Problem
The dis‐
play
shows:

No wire‐
less con‐
nection or
connection
often
brakes off.

Possible cause
All buttons are inactive,
except the Start/Pause.
The wireless home net‐
work does not work.
The smart device or the
appliance or both are
not paired with the wire‐
less network.
Remedy
The appliance down‐
loads the APP updates.
Wait until the update
process is complete. If
you deactivate the appli‐
ance during update, it
resumes when you acti‐
vate the appliance
again.
Check wireless home
network configuration.
Restart the router. If
problem still exists con‐
tact your wireless serv‐
ice provider.
Repeat connection con‐
figuration steps on smart
device or the appliance
or both.
