Rear Defrost Activation To activate the rear defrost control, remote start the vehicle first. Press the buttons at the same time. - When the rear defrost control is activated, the parking lights will flash three times. - When the rear defrost control is de-activated, the parking lights will flash two times - The rear defrost control can only be initiated once the vehicle is running by remote start. -

Garage Mode Garage mode is a safety feature that disables the remote start function if the vehicle is parked in a garage for a long period of time or if the vehicle is being serviced. When the garage model is active, any attempt to start the engine by remote control, timer start or Quick Stop mode will be denied. -
