1 Q I forgot the PhoneLock password.
A
For password and pin lock, try Factory Reset with Power key + Volume down key +
Home Key.
- For pattern lock, you can set a new pattern by pressing the Forgot button, in case a
Gmail account is set.
- Unless any Gmail account is set, try factory reset with Power key + Volume down
key + Home Key.
