5. Locate the "Hairpin" clips that are used to secure the wheels to the axels and
install them on the outside of each wheel as shown in the photo below:
6. Locate the two lower uprights.

have a "left" and "right" hand side to them. Position them according to the
stickers attached to the parts and as shown in the photo below. Locate and
begin to thread in the thumb screws. DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN AT THIS
TIME.
FINAL TIGHTENING WILL BE DONE AFTER THE CART IS
COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED!
