Example installation of CMNF-500-50 on an Icom 756 Pro III with two antenna inputs and using the internal antenna switch. Each coax shield is isolated from the other by the common mode filter.
  • Page 3 Noise Filter Installation and Use The CMNF-500-50 is designed to be placed in a 50 ohm coax line entering the transceiver (or between the transceiver and amplifier). The CMNF-1500 (1500 watts PEP) or CMNF-5000 (5KW PEP) should be placed at the end of the coax into the station before any antenna switches.
