With the unit on, press and hold the P
at the top of the LCD.
To scroll through the main menu headings, press the F
To enter a selection's sub-menu press the U
T
browse a selection's menu, press the F

In the sub-menu, once the desired option is selected, exiting the sub-menu after toggling to the desired
setting, will save the selection. To select a desired mode or frequency hold the F
2 seconds to select the desired option.
To exit a selection's sub-menu use the d
Once in the main menu, exit the programming by pressing the P
