3. Turn the elastic stop nuts an equal amount of turns
either clockwise to raise or counter-clockwise to
lower the cutter deck until the measurement at the
cutter blade is 3" on both sides of the machine. See
Figure 6-7 for the left side and 6-8 for the right side.
