INSTALLATION

• Remove standard end cap from load bar.
• There must be minimum 2" of load bar outside of foot for
installation. Adjust load bar as necessary.

  • Page 2 • Loosen screw on Outrigger II end cap. NOTE: Heavy corrosion inside load bar could prevent smooth operation. Clean as necessary. • With curved surface on top, insert into open load bar. • Slide Outrigger II end cap onto load bar. •...
  • Page 3 • Push arm into load bar and close cover onto end cap to secure. NOTE: Test by pulling out on cover without lifting cover up to ensure it stays in place. • Gradually pull out bar. NOTE: To prevent accidental contact, protect vehicle surface while loading a boat.
  • Page 4 • Push extended bar into load bar and close cover onto end cap to secure. NOTE: Pull out on cover to ensure it holds to end cap. FOLLOW ACCESSORY INSTRUCTIONS TO SECURE BOAT TO VEHICLE.
