Paper Jams
Note
If you need to turn off the printer to remove jammed paper during printing, press the
RESUME/CANCEL button to cancel print jobs before turning off the printer.
If the paper is jammed, remove it following the procedure appropriate for each case.
If you can see the jammed paper at the paper output slot, the rear tray, or the manual feed tray:
Paper Is Jammed in the Paper Output Slot/Rear Tray/Manual Feed Tray
If the paper tears and you cannot remove it from the paper output slot or from the rear tray:
Paper Is Jammed inside the Printer
