d) MOUNTING OF TOOLS [fig. [to be carried out only when the head is fully lifted) Insert the pin [A) in the hole of the machine's head Remove the chuck (8) Insert the collet [e) Slightly screw the chuck (8) on the spindle [D) Introduce the tool (E) in its housing - Tighten the chuck (8) by means of the 36 mm [ 1.3/8") wrench (F) - Remove the pin [A)
e) ADJUSTMENT OF THE DEPTH OF CUT Adjustment is equally obtained by operating in the following three points: 1) Lifting or lowering the work table (fig. 6) and proceeding as follows: Release. but not completely. by means of the lever (A) the table support.
f) USE OF THE G UIIJE PIN (fig. 6) - As e';ery machine is equipped with guid" pins. there will be a total of six diameters available owing the possibility of moun ting them by one end or the other. MAINTENANCE a) Every week (40 hours) Clean the motor pulley (fig. 13), especially the interior and the bottom. Make sure that in the air filter cup (fig. 17) there is no condensate. Empty it eventually, operating the drainage screw (0). b) Every month (160 hours) For the 20.000 rpm speed, lubricate the head ball bearings (fig.
e) LUBRICATION AND CLEANING OF MACHINE 1) Head ball bearings (fig. 15) are the r. l ost delicate part of the ma chine and require a special care. Lubrication is to be carried out on each ball bearing housed in the mobile cylinder through the two lubricators (A), by means of the appropriate grease gun, squeezing twice against the lubricating holes.
