HEPA filter
You can now clean the HEPA filter inside the dust container. Round
the HEPA filter is a protection screen, to prevent the dust concentrating
inside the HEPA filter. If you want to clean the HEPA filter, remove the
top lid of the dust container, take out the HEPA filter and clean it under
running water. Let the filter dry in open air before replacing it in the
vacuum cleaner.
Air outlet filter
This filter will clean the air before leaving your vacuum cleaner. The air
outlet filter is situated at the back of the vacuum cleaner. Remove the
grill and take out the filter.
Clean under running water, let it dry thoroughly before replacing it into the vacuum
cleaner.
During a normal cleaning it will do to just beat out the filters. You should rinse the
filters 3 to 4 times a year. Dry them completely or if necessary you can also replace
them. After cleaning and drying the filters, place them back in the vacuum cleaner.
CAUTION:
• Always use the vacuum cleaner with the filters in place. If not, this can lead to
loss of power or damage to the motor.
• Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the filters.
• Do not place the filters in the dishwasher.
• Do not use a hair dryer to dry the filters.
