Push UpConnect™ records every rep and set. The real-time data can be displayed on the LCD digital display. By connecting the Push UpConnect to the JAXJOX App, you can set your goals, track your workouts, and see your fitness progress with JAXJOX Fitness IQ™. -

Assembly Install the handles on the base. Place the Push UpConnect™ on a solid, flat surface. 1. The Push UpConnect™ has four holes on the left and right sides of the base. With a handle in each hand, firmly push the handles down into holes on the base, one on each side of the LCD screen. - Page 7 Adjust the angle of the handle. • To adjust the angle of the handle, lift handle out from the base and adjust to the angle of your choice, then install it down into one of the holes. If there is a click sound when pressing down the handle at your preferred angle, the handle has been inserted properly.

Bluetooth Charging your Push UpConnect™ Important: You must charge the Push UpConnect™ for at least three (3) hours prior to the first use. Both handles must be firmly installed so that the Push UpConnect™ can connect and work properly. -

Download the app. The JAXJOX App is compatible with mobile devices that support iOS and ® Android. To get the most from your Push UpConnect™, install the JAXJOX App, ® and connect it with your device. Visit jaxjox.com/support for more information and instructions on how to use the App. - Page 10 3. Real-time data reading: Grab both handles firmly. Assume a standard push- up position. Once you perform more than two push-ups, reps and times will be shown on the LCD. If you perform less than two push-ups, the screen will not display data.
