Pole Bottom
POLE MOUNT FOR 13B AND 14B ONLY:
1. Insert the pole bottom into the stake. Use the long stake for sandy soil
and the short stake for all others.
2. Place the stake vertically against the ground and lightly tap the top of
the pole with a hammer to drive the stake into the ground until the top
of the stake is level with the ground surface. You should place a piece
of wood against the top of this pole stake to keep from damaging the
surface of the pole stake while hammering.
3. Using one of the screws provided, attach the base plate to the pole top.
(See Figure 1)
4. Insert the pole top into the pole bottom.
5. Follow instructions #1 and #3 found in the "Model 75 Tilting Deck Mount"
section of these instructions.
6. Lower the bird bath until it snaps shut.
