Using PC Cards

Your computer includes one or more PC Card slots. A PC Card enables you to
connect portable external devices such as another hard disk drive or a PC
Network Interface Card (NIC) to connect to a network.
See your VAIO® Computer Specifications for the type of PC Card that is
compatible with your computer. These slots are compatible with CardBus. If your
computer has more than one PC Card slot, use the lower slot for Type III PC
Cards. You do not need to turn off your computer to insert or remove a PC Card.
