    ® BATTERY BACK-UP SUMP PUMP After one year and through two years from the date of purchase, Sears will furnish, free of charge, a replacement part for any de- fective part. You pay for labor. This warranty does not cover repairs on replacement parts necessary because of abuse or negligence including failure to install, adjust and operate this pump according to the instructions in the owner’s manual.
