INSTALLING
BATTERIES
Your karaoke system requires
four C batteries (not supplied)
for power. For the best perfor-
mance and longest life, we rec-
ommend alkaline
such as Radio Shack Cat. No.
23-551.
Follow these steps to install bat-
teries.
1. Press and slide the battery
compartment cover in the
direction of the arrow and lift
it up.
2. Install the batteries as indi-
cated by the polarity sym-
bols (+ and –) marked inside
the battery compartment.
3. Close the cover.
PLAYING A
CASSETTE TAPE
Follow these steps to load and
play a cassette tape.
1. Turn
until it clicks.

2. Press
the cassette compartment.
3. Load a cassette tape with its
open edge facing up, the
side you want to play facing
you, and the full reel to the
right.
4. Close the cassette compart-
ment door.
